What we collect, why, and how to delete your account (LGPD).
Summary
We only collect what is needed for your account to work and to protect the game. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account: trainer name, e-mail and password (stored scrambled, never as plain text).
- Game: progress, items, Pokémon and battle history.
- Security: IP address, access date and the result of the anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Visits: we count how many people visit the site each day, anonymously: we only keep an irreversible code (hash) that changes every day, never your IP, and bots are left out.
- Forum: what you post and your public profile.
Why we collect it
- To create and keep your account (performance of the service).
- To send account e-mails: confirmation, password changes and important notices.
- To prevent fraud, cheating and attacks (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Only with those who help the service run: the server hosting (in Brazil), Cloudflare (anti-bot protection) and the e-mail delivery service. They only use the data for that.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. Security logs are kept for up to 6 months. When you delete your account, we delete the data within 15 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) you can ask to see, correct, take or delete your data, and to know who it was shared with.
How to delete your account
Send an e-mail to [email protected] from your account e-mail, with the subject "Delete account". We confirm the request and delete it within 15 days.
Cookies and storage
The site only stores in your browser what it needs: the login session and preferences such as the language. We do not use advertising cookies.
